Useful information

We do not provide emergency care for life-threatening situations.

Patient safety is a priority for us.

When should you seek urgent care instead of booking an appointment?

  • sudden severe shortness of breath or choking that develops within minutes or hours
  • severe, stabbing chest pain or pain radiating from the chest
  • coughing up a large amount of blood
  • loss of consciousness
  • rapid deterioration of your condition

In these cases do not wait for a private appointment — seek urgent medical help / call 112.

Booking an appointment constitutes a contract between the person making the booking and Pulmo Protect Kft., the operator of Innomedic Health Centre, and carries responsibility.

We kindly ask patients to arrive 5–10 minutes before the booked time and check in at reception.

Cancellations are still possible on the day before the appointment, during opening hours. If a cancellation is not made in time or the patient does not attend the booked appointment, a contractual penalty may be charged. The amount equals the fee of the booked service.

Please bring your relevant previous findings, discharge summaries and a list of medicines you currently take. If you have previous imaging studies in digital form, please bring those images as well.
